James C. Baker established the Agency in 1976 to service West Mifflin and the surrounding communities. Jim had six years of experience in the Insurance industry and was determined to set a new standard for customer service.

In 1991, Building on family tradition, Jim's son Ben joined the agency after a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps. Since then, Brian, Jim's youngest son has also joined the agency. Together, father and sons specialize in insurance and investment services designed to meet the needs of today’s competitive market.
